Vestry Meeting

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church

January 19, 2023

 

Father Tom opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the library, with full attendance.

 

Minutes from the previous meeting were approved unanimously.

 

The Treasurer reported that year end reports should be ready soon and our finances were looking a bit better than previously reported.

 

A discussion followed about nominees for the 2023 Vestry.

 

The Rector reported that Nora has resigned as Treasurer and that Sue Cilluffo has accepted appointment as our new Treasurer. Nora was commended and thanked for her diligent and hard work.

 

The Rector also reported that food donations collected would no longer be taken to St. Matthew’s but to another hunger ministry.

 

The Vestry adjourned to address invitations to our Relaunch event on the 29th. Several parishioners joined in this effort.
