Vestry Meeting Minutes

May 6, 2017

 

 

Fr. Bill called a special session at Day Spring Camp during the annual Diocesan Vestry Retreat to consider one item of business.

 

Members Present: Dave Abernethy, Don Anderson, Charlene Connolly, Alan Cragg, Carol Diehm, Fr. Bill Faupel, Yvon Hive, Lynne LaMarka, Peter Lund, and special guest Judy Allen

 

Members Absent: Dick Breithaupt, Darlene Shoemaker, Bev Whiteman

 

New Business

 

1. Anderson moved and Alan Cragg seconded a motion the Vestry accept Kelly Roofing’s bid to put a new roof on St. Paul’s church. The motion was unanimously approved by those present along with Dick Breithaupt and Bev Whiteman giving advance consent by email.
